Brendan Paul, previously arrested as an alleged drug mule for Sean 'Diddy' Combs, has had all charges against him dropped after completing a pretrial diversion program. The charges stemmed from his March arrest at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport, where authorities discovered suspected cocaine and marijuana candy in his luggage.

Paul's name emerged in a civil lawsuit filed by producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones against Diddy, where he was identified as a "drug mule." The lawsuit alleged Paul was responsible for:

  • Transporting various drugs including ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, and ketamine
  • Carrying Combs' firearm during outings
  • Procuring and paying sex workers

The arrest coincided with federal raids on Diddy's properties in Los Angeles and Miami. Combs was subsequently arrested on September 16 on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail, awaiting his trial in May.

Paul's lawyer confirmed the dismissal of charges, stating, "Mr. Paul's case was formally dismissed today in its entirety. All charges have been dropped and the case is closed. Mr. Paul is pleased to close this chapter of his life."
