According to the 17-page lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the incident occurred at Cassie Ventura's apartment in September 2016. Bongolan claims Combs entered uninvited early morning and confronted her on the balcony, where he allegedly groped her and held her over the 17th-floor railing while shouting "Do you know what the f—k you did?!"
The 4'11", 100-pound designer states she struggled against Combs but was overpowered. Ventura reportedly intervened, leading Combs to pull Bongolan back but then allegedly slam her into patio furniture.
The lawsuit also details other disturbing incidents, including:
- Combs allegedly forcing drugs on Bongolan during a photo shoot
- Threatening her life, saying "I'm the motherf—king devil"
- Witnessing domestic violence between Combs and Ventura
- An incident involving thrown kitchen knives
Bongolan seeks $10 million in damages for physical injuries and ongoing mental and emotional distress. Combs is currently in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial on separate charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, having been denied bail three times.
