Houston Attorney Buzbee Files Lawsuit Against Roc Nation, Alleges Client Tampering in Diddy Cases
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z's Roc Nation, alleging the company is funding efforts to undermine his legal cases against Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

Buzbee, who represents over 100 clients with allegations against Diddy, claims Roc Nation is behind two lawsuits filed against his firm by former clients. He alleges this is an attempt to intimidate him into dropping the Diddy cases.
In a recorded conversation shared by Buzbee, alleged Roc Nation investigators were caught offering payment to his clients to file lawsuits against his firm. The transcript reveals investigators promising money and suggesting imminent litigation against Buzbee's practice.
The lawsuit, filed in Harris County Texas, specifically states: "Defendants have conspired to obstruct justice by engaging shadowy operatives to illegally seek out more than two dozen current and former clients of The Buzbee Law Firm to convince those clients to bring frivolous cases."
Buzbee asserts that offering payment to clients to file lawsuits constitutes a crime under Texas law, and he intends to cooperate with authorities for full prosecution.
In response, a Roc Nation spokesperson told The Houston Chronicle: "Tony Buzbee's baloney lawsuit against Roc Nation is nothing but another sham. It's a pathetic attempt to distract and deflect attention. This sideshow won't change the ultimate outcome and true justice will be served soon."
