Jimmie Allen's Sexual Assault Case Dismissed as Former Manager Drops Lawsuit - Second Case Remains Active
Country singer Jimmie Allen's sexual assault case has been dismissed following a mutual agreement with the Jane Doe accuser who filed the original lawsuit on May 11. The accuser, Allen's former manager, has agreed to drop her lawsuit, while Allen has simultaneously withdrawn his defamation countersuit.
"The decision reflects only that both parties desire to move past litigation," stated Jane Doe's attorney, Beth Fegan of FeganScott law firm.

The case will continue against Wide Open Music and founder Ash Bowers, where the plaintiff worked as Allen's day-to-day manager. The plaintiff alleges that the management firm failed to protect her from Allen's alleged abusive behavior and terminated her employment when she reported the issues.
A second sexual assault lawsuit from another Jane Doe, filed on June 9, remains active. This case alleges that Allen assaulted a woman in a Las Vegas hotel room and secretly recorded the incident. Allen has denied all allegations and filed defamation countersuits in both cases.
