FBI Director Nominee Under Trump Pledges to Expose Confidential Diddy Files
Kash Patel, Donald Trump's nominee for FBI Director, has pledged to release confidential documents known as the "Diddy list" and Epstein files if appointed to the position.
During an appearance on the Benny Johnson podcast, Patel emphasized his commitment to transparency, stating, "They are terrified. [Trump's] going to come in there and maybe give the Epstein list and maybe give the P. Diddy list. The American people deserve the truth."

Patel claims the FBI has "direct control" of the Epstein list and alleges Bill Gates is "lobbying" Congress to prevent its disclosure. The Diddy list has gained particular attention amid mounting sex trafficking allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was arrested in September.
"These documents, particularly those linked to Epstein and Diddy, could shed light on matters the American people deserve to understand," Patel told The EconoTimes. "It's time to clear the air and reveal who's been involved in covering up the truth."
While Trump has hinted at potentially releasing the Epstein list, he hasn't made any firm commitments or mentioned the Diddy list. Patel has advocated for releasing these documents since last year, telling Benny Johnson, "Put on your big boy pants and let us know who the pedophiles are."
The nomination has faced criticism, including from former Attorney General William Barr, who called Patel's potential appointment "dangerous," citing his lack of traditional law enforcement experience and history of controversial statements.
