The charges include:

According to Broward County Sheriff's Office warrants, the pair allegedly stole:

  • Nearly $500,000 in jewelry
  • Over $200,000 from Bank of America
  • Over $100,000 from First Republic Bank
  • $160,000 from a Cadillac dealer (Escalade)

Kingston is currently serving a two-year probation for trafficking stolen property. His mother previously served 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to bank fraud in 2006, involving theft of over $160,000.

Their attorney, Robert Rosenblatt, states they are "confident of a successful resolution" and will address the charges in Florida court.

Kingston, 34, whose real name is Kisean Anderson, is known for his 2007 hit "Beautiful Girls" and his collaboration with Justin Bieber on "Eenie Meenie."
